Clutch Reliable Performance Solutions provides a limited one-year warranty on Clutch products.

This Limited Warranty does not cover product failure or damage caused by physical damage, abuse, or misuse.

Any product received with physical damage or an apparent manufacturing defect must be reported to the selling dealer within one (1) business day of delivery or receipt.

Proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.

Product Use and Safety

Clutch products must be used and operated safely and responsibly at all times. The owner or operator is responsible for properly monitoring the product before, during, and after use.

Clutch Reliable Performance Solutions does not assume liability for injury, harm, or damage arising before, during, or after the use or operation of a Clutch product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
